Yet To Be
The storm seems to be laid at rest
The winds fly by gently
The quite glow in the blue west
Reminds me of you again
I shall be gone in a while
Would your heart cry for me
Or would I fade in silence
I know you not for long
But it feels like eternity
Something in me bids goodbye
This is not real, surely not the end
I wish for another corner, one more bend
Long before the moon streams in
Speaking tender words of solace
I pine for finality and grace
I long to see what is next
I want to see what is yet to be
